My Print Mileage (MPM) update patch is needed if you have Toolbox installed and experience this behaviour as described below: When the MPM agent is enabled and running, user clicked to disable MPM agent at system tray. But after rebooting the system, the MPM agent was enabled again. The expected behaviour should be after rebooting, the MPM agent is disabled. There are three update patch files: a) Update_v1.0.exe patch file is for driver version 1.0 b) Update_v1.1.exe patch file is for driver version 1.1 c) Update_v1.2.exe patch file is for driver version 1.2 Disable the My Print Mileage at System Tray At the system tray (located on the bottom right), right click on MPM agent icon to disable it. Step 2: Does your system fulfill the following requirements? Operating System(s): Windows 98, NT, 2K, ME, XP Step 3: Obtain your software: Installation instructions: 1. Disable MPM agent at the system Tray. 2. Download the patch file to your local hard drive. 3. Double click on the [Update_v1.*.exe] file to begin installation. 4. Follow the instructions and reboot the system after installation 5. After rebooting, the MPM agent will be disabled. Compatible devices: C8135A
